Chinese America Petroleum Association (CAPA) & BP cordially invite you to participate in the 2008 Career Development. We are grateful that eight seasoned petroleum professionals committed to sharing their insights on these topics based on their own experiences and observations. Panelists will cover topics related to career development in oil industry: (1) Be aspired and inspired; (2) Set attainable goals; (3) Stay technical or seek managerial roles? (4) How to stretch your limits?

Event is free for BP employees and students. Parking is free. Simply follow “Visitors’ Parking” sign at the parking garage next to Westlake 1 Building, identify yourself as CAPA and let security open the bar via intercom speaker.

Each panelist will deliver a 10 minutes short presentation, focusing on one or two of the topics and we will have a 45 minutes free format discussion revolving around these topics. Besides the discussion, this is also a great opportunity for you to meet other CAPA members and petroleum professionals.
