五. 理事会成员的最低承诺 （Minimum Commitment of an EC Officer）
  1. Defend CAPA’s reputation and never do anything to undermine CAPA’s reputation for personal benefit.
  2. Attend at least half of EC meeting during one-year team (A total of 4 meetings are the minimum required by CAPA bylaws).
  3. Chair or co-chair at least one major event, and participate most of CAPA activities.
  4. Have the responsibility of helping raising fund to support CAPA’s activities.
  5. Promote CAPA ‘s growth and bring new members to the organization.
  6. CAPA treasurer should serve his/her term each year until CAPA tax return is filed (no later than April 15)
