Dear CAPA Members,

I am pleased to announce that a delegation of 25 CAPA members will attend the 2010 GCPPTS sponsored by Sinopec (中国石油化工集团公司). More 150 senior managers and technical experts from the national oil companies in China and Taiwan are expected to attend this year event.  The theme for this year is "A Changing World - Opportunities and Challenges". CAPA will present 2 keynote speeches and 13 technical papers. A Chinese version of the 2010 GCPPTS program is shown below FYI.

为进一步推动全球华人在石油石化科技领域的交流与合作，由中国石油化工集团公司（SINOPEC）主办，中国石油天然气集团公司（CNPC）、中国海洋石油总公司（CNOOC）、中联煤层气有限责任公司（CUCBM）、台湾中油公司（CPC）和美国华人石油协会（CAPA）协办的“2010年全球华人石油石化科技研讨会”定于2010年6月在山东青岛举行。现通知会议注册等会务事宜如下：
